Group therapy is a setting for gathered individuals (also referred to as “members”) to process mental health dynamics surrounding a specific topic, along with others facing similar issues. Each group is locked – meaning only a certain number of clients are allowed, and only those clients, along with the Connected Counseling therapist, will participate for the duration of the group.

Although this is a less direct therapy time compared to individual counseling, it still holds the ability to openly process and learn with others, while gaining a healthier understanding and coping strategies. This model is designed to allow cooperative engagement among group members to process triggering and interactions with the topic of focus. Some of these topics include:

  • Anxiety
  • Grief
  • Infidelity
  • Trauma

Group therapy rates are very affordable ($30/session) and have the benefit of a set schedule and duration of meetings. Our therapy sessions are 6 weeks unless noted otherwise.

The next group therapy session time is TBD. For more questions, email info@connectedcounseling.online.
